Submitting a request through our website or Automated receptionist does not guarantee an appointment or create a contract for services.

3. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

5. Payments

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend future services for unpaid balances.

6. Automated Receptionist

Our business uses an Automated Receptionist from jobber to assist with answering calls, collecting information, scheduling appointments, and providing customer support.

While we strive for accuracy, and information may occasionally contain errors. Final scheduling, pricing, and service details are subject to confirmation by our staff.

7. Warranties

All work where labor and materials are provided by Fase Electric will have a 18month workmanship warranty. Unless otherwise noted in signed contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fase Electric shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
